A leader I most admire is not a professional sports player, or even someone famous. But the person I admire most is my mom and here is why. My mother is the hardest working person I know and will always continue to be so. She shows dedication to anything she does and continues to inspire me to do my best, at all times. She also shows me that no matter what goals you may have in life, you can achieve them if you put in the work to achieve them. I share the quality of hard work and dedication like my mother, but I could work on being a more positive person towards not just my friends, but my parents as well since they ave helped me so much throughout my entire life.

There are always people out there that encourage you to do your best. Your mother being that person is great. She does sound like a great leader.

I have learned over the years to admire and love my mom and dad more and more as time goes on. They really are there to make sure your life is on track so you don't have to work as hard as they do

My mother admires me the most out of everyone because when I was little I would say I want. She would say alright I will get that soon and she does because she works really hard for her kids. There is always one thing I don't want her to do is not to push her to hard at hard I would always tell her that because I love my mothers health. Second is that she if funny she puts a smile on people's face trying to get us to laugh I want her to always be happy everyday I don't want her sad. Third is she is the best mother I could ever have.

When I think of a good leader, my aunt Regina comes to mind. She's a very patient, kind, smart, and organized person. I believe having all those qualities are the key to being a good leader. One of the qualities that I share with her is my intelligence and organization. However, I could improve on being a little more patient.

Family members are always great leaders. they show you their ways without even telling you about them like being organized. That is one good quality (others being the ones you stated) to be a leader.

I like that you used your aunt as an example of someone you admire because it's not something that everyone thinks of off the top of their head.

A good leader to me is not someone famous, but a common man, my uncle. he doesn't have the best car, house, etc. but I admire him in every which way. He taught me the good and bad, or manners. "Chew with your mouth close. Don't talk with your mouth full. Say may I. Respect your elders." We use to joke around saying that I will give him a job once I become an architect and giving him a "company car". He was one who encourage me to give a crab about school, and made me tell others to give a crab about school, about education.

A leader that I admire is my mom! She is encouraging, but she also will correct you when you do something wrong. She knows how to deal with people that she leads in a way that they understand and she helps people when they don't know exactly how to do something. A quality I think I share with my mom is to be encouraging. I try to encourage people to do their best at whatever they are doing. The skill I need to improve on would probably be the ability to correct someone when I know what they are doing isn't right. I don't like being the person that tells someone they are wrong so that is something I need to work on.

I agree with this statement because nine times out of ten my mom had always been right and if I listened to her more often instead of arguing with her that's she's wrong , I would be so further ahead in life. Moms' are definitely great leaders to look up too.

A leader that I really admire is Dirk Nowitzki. He is a professional basketball player that plays for the Dallas mavericks. He is very loyal, persistent, and dedicated. Dirk and I both share Being dedicated and don't give up on something easily. Something I could work on is being persistent like him.

A leader I admire is Steven Gerrard. He is the former captain of Liverpool and he lead his team with authority but in a manner which was fair. He commanded 100 percent from his teammates and gave advice helping out the younger players. He lead and with more than just words because he lead with his heart. And that is what makes him different than many. When I lead something I try to include the younger ones as well which I think I succeed at and also trying to lead with my heart. One thing I could improve though is communicating effectively to everyone.

A leader that I admire is Kanye West. Kanye West is the greatest artist to ever have walked this Earth and he is still alive. Three traits he possesses that make him a good leader are his focus, he doesn't care what people think about him, and his willingness to give so much. If I were to choose just one trait that I believe I also have it would have to be that I don't care what others think about me. I feel this way because in the end, all you truly have is yourself and you need to not let others' judgement cloud your view of yourself. I need to improve upon the trait of willing to give my all because I do want to get to the point where I am providing a product for others and I can't get there unless I improve upon this trait.

A great leader that I look up to is Martin Luther King Jr. , he inspires me because of a dream that he didn't give up on and in the end it actually came true. I want all my dreams and goals to come to life too. Martian did things differently then most of the civil rights movement leaders he didn't have to protest with violence and instead he was all about doing it the peaceful way. The people against him couldn't destroy him even when they tried there hardest because he had a mind great mind set, ambition, determination that one day everyone would be treated as equals. In today's society we are still working at that but it's way better then what it use to be in his day and time. I really appreciate him for not giving up and that's my motto I live by because giving up is not an option and if I want it I have to reach out and grab it even it takes me more then tries to get where I'm going I'm going to get there even if I'm the last person to finish the race. Now with that being said the one thing that I should do like him is to be more patient more peaceful and I think if I start to do these things I could really get further in life. Instead of catching an attitude when I don't get my way, and just being patient with a peaceful mind set who knows what will happen in the next few years.

The person I admire the most has to be my mom. The reason why because she's a hard working lady that never gives up and keeps on moving forward. Another trait is she wants the best for her sons/daughter she would get home from work and still make us food knowing that she's tired. Also she's respectful she respects her elders even people that are younger then her she would always respect a person no matter what. The only trait I share with her is that I never give up I would do everything to accomplish my goals and the something I would work on would be respecting more.

Someone I admire so much is my father. He is hard working man and has been since I remember. He is so organized, he keeps to his word, and he is just an honest man. I could work on all of these more, but the one I need more improvement on is being organized. It's something that is really difficult for me. I'm working on it though.
