First days of school never get old. The energy of students and teachers alike make us all motivated to learn more. The challenge, however, is to keep that energy and motivation alive throughout the year. And it absolutely is possible to keep our energy and motivation alive for this year and many years to come. The secret to that energy and motivation is attitude. Our high school, through the leadership of our principal and assistant principals, have set the example for that attitude by establishing our theme (motto) for the year as “Each of us, all of us, every day!” May we all continue this spirit as students and educators throughout the year and throughout our lifelong learning process. With every challenge we face, may we always embrace it with the theme “Each of us, all of us, every day!”! Go Bearcats!

I like this motto because I think it's saying that we should rely on one another everyday

I think that it means we all have to find ways together to do good at the school and help other's. In professional communications it means to support each other's presentations.

Each of us are part of a team, the Bearcats. All of us show how we can do our best to overcome any obstacle. Maybe that's the message the quote is trying to say.

I think this motto means that we all have to work together and leave no man behind if one of us is falling behind we pick them back up no matter the conditions or circumstance.

I believe that this motto explains itself, if "each of us" independently try to stay motivated, if "all of us" keep our energy up and we do this "every day" then we can make this school year great. I believe this motto should be more expressed through the administration to get more results out of everybody.

I feel like the school motto has shown that Sherman is on the up and up! It shows that we plan on improving in areas that we lack in and improving the areas that we excel in as well. To communicate more often and more effectively while staying true to the motto it'll get us out of our comfort zones that we have set up in the past and hopefully break those and show the true potential that we all posses.

I like the motto for this year because it reminds us that we are not going through this year alone, but that we have each other to lean on. It helps communicate more effectively because this quote(motto) reminds me that we are all here for each other, to help each other, so when I remember this motto I have an easier time talking with my teachers and classmates.

The motto pretty much explains its self basically saying we need everyone to be on the same page everyday

The mottto this year to me means that even if you dont like it, you're stuck with the people you're surrrounded by. It's saying to make the best of it while you can and trust each other. We all just want to walk across the stage.

I believe that this motto is really pushing for a more promising and positive outlook on our school year. I think that each of us individually have to stay motivated and continue to motivate all of those around us daily to really insure the hopeful reaction that we are all looking for.

I believe that this motto means that everything that the school does, we do it as a whole. It's saying that our teachers, students, etc, are all together until we finish to the end of the year. It helps us come together as one.

I believe this motto means, "individually, collectively, all of the time" in a sense. It means that we will be mentally and physically present and making an effort in class, individually, and as a whole, all of the time. This motto will allow me to communicate more effectively because it can help me work on my team building and communication skills so I can work in groups better.

I believe that this motto will encourage each of us (all of us) to come together as one and work towards greatness together. In other words all the students and teachers will work effectively as one because we either all fail or succeed.

This year's motto means that in order for our school to excell, everyone needs to give it their all. That doesn't mean just the students, but also the teachers, the principles, the coaches, the cafeteria staff, and the custodians. Every chain is as strong as it's weakest link, and there are more chains to the school than just the student body. Knowing that the staff that I see are also working hard to make the school and themselves better helps to empathize with them, and more effectively communicate.

To me, this motto means that we all need to work together, help each other, and put in the effort to truly succeed as individuals, and as a school! The motto also means that we need to keep these things in mind throughout the entire school year, and not just the first few months. Being involved in school mentally and socially is very important, and if we all work together to become better, our communication skills will advance because we have to communicate to reach the same goal.

To me this motto means that in order to have a great year we should all work together and try to make the best of this school year, it also tells us we should support our classmates and encourage one another to succeed and make an effort to improve as much as possible.

How I feel about this theme is a little bit "ify". Of course it is a good motto and it certainly might bring the school together and its spirit back. What this means to me is well, we are all in one world and we should unite. By saying this motto, it feels like everyone can understand and will listen to what one has to say. Makes you feel connected to one another.

This is an amazing quote because it's saying we all need to work together to keep eachother motivated to the max, everyday and all the time! We all want to be able to encourage eachother to be our best and try to the fullest every day. This year's motto are inspiring words. "Each of us, all of us" symbols that there's no student left behind and that we're all a team. "Every day" meaning that we strive everyday in our everyday greatness. This motto will help many students to show their true potential without being afraid to.

The new school quote is pretty decent. If the matto is inforced through out the school year things could improve drastically.

I think it means together all the time we are strong. we all know the saying a house divided will fall. so if we don't stand together as a school we won't function as one. Together the school is strong and will have lots of spirit. so each of us means that all of us count no matter what because we all matter. If we stand as a school together then apart, we will be a great school.
