SPEECH
Below are the extemporaneous speaking events. Students will draw a topic. They will then have 30 minutes to prepare a speech. After 30 minutes, they will deliver a 7 minute organized speech.
Below is the prepared speaking events. Each event is a ten minute prepared speech. The speech must be completely memorized. See each event for complete rules.
