3. Make sure you complete the UIL Prose Documentation Form
4. Use the UIL Documentation Checklist to ensure you have all that you need. Ask coach for clarification.
5. Use this documentation form for Category B of Prose.
6. File in Classroom Documentation Box (Ask Coach or Team Officer if you don't know where that is located).
